A team of TDA students joined an inspiring session at the Key Theatre this week to discuss how to centre young people in the decision-making about work with young people.
The students worked alongside professionals and volunteers, who work with young people across the city, to consider non-hierarchical ways of working, empowering young people, alternative structures, and demystifying co-creation.
Jumped Up Theatre (Peterborough) and a number of other national partners, co-authored the Disrupt Toolkit to help organisations and communities unpack the power dynamics when working with communities, in the arts and beyond.
